PROMODS COMPLETE AFROEURASIA BACKGROUND MAP V1.1

Changelog for version 1.1:
Compatibility with modded convoy (1.42).
Split colour_data.sui off from map_data.sii to allow for custom colour addons.
Removed unnecessary mipmaps to reduce mod size and loading times.
Lots of fixes and tweaks.

Complete background map for ProMods, RusMap, Southern Region, RoEx, The Great Steppe, Road to Asia, Red Sea Map, JRR, and more, covering all of Afroeurasia north of the equator.
Load above all map mods.

Asia including: All of Russia, The Middle East, Central Asia, Mongolia, China, Taiwan, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Tibet, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia.

This map is adjusted to fit SCS, ProMods, and multiple other mods mapping. This means it is not a pure Lambert Conformal Conic, but roads and cities from most map mods will fit this mod.
Tested on 1.42 with ProMods, ProMods Middle East, RusMap, Southern Region, The Great Steppe, RoEx, Red Sea Map, Road to Asia, and others.
