The mod adds a tractor-loader brand CAT in traffic.
Compatible with all Russian maps, TSM map, Promods and combinations
thereof.
Instalacja: copy the file format .scs in mod folder and connect to
gaming profiles, with higher priority than the maps.
Tested on patch 1.26.1
