MAN TGX 2020 Improved Dashboard v1.6
Added an indicator of remaining fuel / adblue as a percentage of the tank;
Added a mileage counter to the default screen;
Added an ETA indicator (estimated arrival time), hidden when time is unavailable (no delivery, no navigation, etc.);
Added a time indicator until rest is needed, hidden when the fatigue option is disabled;
A turbocharging sensor has been added;
Update for patch 1.49
