PARDUBAK’S LONGER YELLOW 1.32 W41 SCS ONLY FOR ETS2

New version of Pardubak’s Longer Yellow for ETS2 1.32 w41 !!!SCS ONLY!!! for now:
It is compatibile only with Romania Map 1.1 by Mirfi, AfroMap and Sardinia 0.9 for now. Other maps than those are not compatibile because of their own semaphore profiles…
