latest update of my Real traffic density mod, changelog v1.31.c:
– improved traffic at night time on motorways and local roads
– slightly reduced traffic on local roads on day time, easier to overtake now
– some tweaks in traffic_data, increasing safety and patience
– added files for police_on and doubles by Mr Larrington
