Real Ai Traffic Engine Sounds for all default SCS vehicles

– added sounds for the latest new Ai vehicles
– reworked some existent sounds and replaced others
– personalized colors all cars from http://paintref.com website
– tweaked max_speed for some vehicles
– added max 0.1 spawn ratio to new russian car models (Lada); will appear with low density in all countries, the bus and the Zil truck remain at the default spawn
