VOLVO VNL ARADETH 24 SPEED TRANSMISSION 1.33.X TUNING MOD
This is a heavy duty custom 24 speed transmission for Aradeth’s Volvo VNL 670.
It grants a top speed of 90 km/h and generates a significantly higher fuel consumption (around 45- 50 liters/100km for the 380-400 HP engines).
If you play with a hard economy mod, you’ll have to consider this aspect too, as the fuel consumption will drain your money pretty quickly.
On the other hand, you’ll have no problem with any weight transport in the game.
This thing climbs hills and mountains like a charm.
For enhanced enjoyment I recommend using a weaker engine, as they require more precise gear shifting (you have to know what you’re doing).
First 18 gears are for acceleration, the last 6 are for cruising at different speeds (19th is adequate for 40 km/h, 20th at 50 km/h … 23rd at 80 km/h, 24th at 90 km/h).
The 21st gear is the 1:1 ratio direct drive… 22nd, 23rd and 24th gears are overdrives with 0.65:1 final ratio.
The differential ratio is 4.6:1.
