It was one of the most expensive and prestigious cars of the time, costing around $7,500 (equivalent to over $100,000 today). Despite its high price tag and the onset of the Great Depression, the Cadillac V16 was a success, with around 4,000 units produced over the course of its 10-year production run. The car remains a highly sought-after collector’s item today.
