Longer Yellow v1.52
The mod increases the duration of the yellow traffic light signal to 4 seconds.
Increases the length of the yellow traffic light signal only on standard maps from SCS (standard map without DLC and maps that are added by DLC);
The mod should have the highest priority over the maps.
Bug fixes.
Adaptation for versions 1.52.x, beta 1.53.x.
